All CanvasMan orders will ship via the Israeli Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Canvas Man orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.
Your CanvasMan shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships. The order will contain your tracking number which will be active for tracking 24 to 48 hours after shipping label creation.

Please confirm the accuracy of your shipping address before you submit your order. Incorrect or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments. CanvasMan cannot be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or partial addresses.
Broken, Damaged or Missing products:
In the case that you receive a damaged product or an item is missing in the parcel, we recommend contacting our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and sending the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Order cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 days of order submission, please contact our support team at email@example.com with your order number within the given time and we will gladly cancel the order and issue you with a refund.
Return and Exchange of products:
To potentially receive a refund or to return products, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days with your order number. For all products over 30 days from delivery, sales are considered final.
To be eligible for a refund or return, you must send us the products at your cost within 30 days of delivery, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it and we will issue you with a credit note.
